Your responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our Business Development team and support our Sales department with day-to-day activities. If you enjoy learning new things, like working with digital tools, and want to contribute to meaningful projects, we'd love to meet you!

  • Support Business Development and Sales with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across the Adriatic East region and Germany.
  • Help organize data, maintain records, and improve business processes.
  • Support digital initiatives and other projects across the department.

Your profile

  • Any field of study is welcome - motivation and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in an international environment.
  • Good English skills and strong Excel skills. Experience with MS Office is expected.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team.
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in learning AI applications, is highly desirable.
