Your responsibilities

Develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage suppliers and negotiations, drive category savings, ensure compliant procurement processes, achieve KPIs, and support BSH standards for quality, sustainability, safety, and cost efficiency.

  • Manage sourcing, RFQs/RFIs, tenders, and purchase processes.
  • Execute purchasing strategies and drive cost savings.
  • Manage supplier performance, development, and relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and contract management.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment, compliance, KPI tracking, and process improvement.

Your profile

  • 4–8 years purchasing experience in multinational, industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, indirect categories, e-procurement, and supplier management.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent English skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
