Export Professional

Your responsibilities

The Export Professional manages international shipments and ensures compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies. This role coordinates with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to facilitate efficient export operations.

  • Prepare export documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate shipments and resolve customs issues.
  • Ensure export and customs regulatory compliance.
  • Verify export classifications, licenses, and shipping requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams; monitor shipping costs and identify improvements.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in export operations or international logistics.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs, export documentation, and SAP/ERP; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
