Spare Parts - Supply Chain Management (Pune)

Your responsibilities

Coordinate & align with warehouse/branches for foolproof scrapping of spare parts as per laid down guidelines of BSH, through BSH approved & appointed e-waste management vendor for Liquidation of Scrap / Non-Moving / dead & Excess Inventory as per the Guidelines

  • Monitoring of spare part consumption trend based on current existing population & seasonality.
  • Daily checking on the system PR’s taking timely action on releasing POs to respective vendors.
  • Monitoring service level performance of the supplier, preparing MIS & taking timely actions for achieving departmental KPI’s. 
  • Daily monitoring of warehouse GRN, timely action on resolution of pending GRN issues with factory

Your profile

  • Monitoring end to end import forwarding & custom clearing activity with timely pre-alerts to CHA along with required information.
  • Daily tracking & updating MIS, Checking & preparing custom duty documents & ensuring duty payments in time
