Your responsibilities

Handling escalations of customers and ensuring their satisfactory and timely resolution

  • Collate open call details and create a tracker for effective follow up
  • Follow up for the high ageing calls with technicians & ISPs and spare parts team
  • Custodian of entire open calls feedback mechanism for service operation
  • Coordinate with field team on CCC cases and ensure to close the CCC after obtaining the customer satisfaction
  • Liaison with HO functions like SPICE team, SPC, call center & controlling

Your profile

  • Minimum Experience: 07 Years 
  • Preferred Qualification: Diploma/BE/Btech
