Your responsibilities

This role focuses on cost optimization, revenue enhancement.

  • Drive branch-level financial performance through regular monitoring of turnover, contribution margin, EBIT, and operating costs.
  • Partner with Branch Heads and operational teams to achieve budget, forecast, and profitability targets.
  • Lead branch budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Take ownership of branch P&L analysis, including revenue, personnel costs, service delivery costs, overheads, and EBIT
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive implementation of cost optimization measures

Your profile

  • CA or MBA - Finance with Min 8 Years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, budget preparation.
