Your responsibilities

The BSH Startup Kitchen connects BSH with startups to identify and test new technologies, solutions and business models. Through Venture Clienting, we work with BSH business units to find relevant startup solutions and validate them in real business settings.

  • Support Venture Clienting projects from startup research and pipeline management to pilots, documentation and follow-ups
  • Contribute to the development of the BSH Startup Kitchen by bringing in fresh ideas and supporting new initiatives
  • Plan and organize events, create communication materials, and coordinate internal and external activities
  • Take ownership of defined tasks and projects while supporting the team's day-to-day operations

Your profile

  • Fluent in German & English
  • Studying Business, Marketing, Innovation, Management or similar (one year remaining in your studies)
  • You have gained initial work experience through an internship, working-student position or similar role 
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills in coordinating projects, organizing events, and working with different stakeholders
