Your responsibilities

Responsible for designing channel strategy & channel promotions, setting direction for sales force, managing regional key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with channel partners & key accounts and maximizing sales

Responsible for defining the policy for channel partners.
Responsible to ensure that all the annual sales plan and the budgets are achieved in the sales area with the planned resources.
Define & implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Develop schemes and promotions to grow the business with the customer and also provide solutions to management against the challenges.
Maintaining relations with channel partners & large company accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel.

Your profile

Educational: PG or MBA in Sales/Marketing
Experience: 15 plus years
