Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Contribute towards design and implementation of new Talent Development Programs and Young Talent Development initiatives
  • Drive global personnel development projects and align with other HR instruments and BSH strategy
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, regions, business representatives and further stakeholders
  • Support Talent Management initiatives linking existing processes and tools, such as Employee Development Dialog and Succession Planning
  • Engage in preparation of KPI analyses and management presentations

Your profile

  • (Master's) degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Conceptual and operational strength, motivation to drive and implement results as well as a hands-on mentality 
  • Passion and ability to work with international teams in global and strategic projects
  • Understanding of consumer needs and targeted stakeholder communication
  • Fluency in English and German language
