Your responsibilities

Join our Global Digital Service team and you will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. In Spain our IT colleagues are located in Zaragoza.

  • Understand the customer/user needs worldwide, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the product completeness from IT point of view.
  • Take care of operational topics as incident resolution, configuration of change requests, redeployments realization and consultancy. 
  • Be responsible for maximizing business value, assuring the most convenient technical solution.
  • Contribute on the quality assurance and support technical KPIs fulfilment. 
  • Work independently on a variety of tasks (management and technical) in an international team and agile organization.

Your profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar qualification. 
  • At least 5 years of experience on Customer Service processes and relevant IT solutions is a must. 
  • Agile mindset, ability to adapt to new situations. Multicultural team working mindset.
  • Ideally experience on SAP CRM Solutions. 
  • Exceptional fluent English, speaking and written.
