Your responsibilities
Accountable for establishing service operations in the Zone and achieving customer and trade satisfaction.
- Conduct review on the key result areas and coach and motivate the service team and ISPs for achieving the desired results as per laid out norms.
- To establish and monitor adequate service infrastructure in terms of own & outsourced network in alignment with the sales plan.
- Responsible for identifying the gap areas in terms of performance of the team and facilitates improvement action plan.
- service team for the improvement of spare part planning and training of field force.
- Escalate legal complaint with relevant facts to Legal and CSHO teams, and advise corrective actions to the regional service team.
