Your responsibilities

All’interno del reparto Customer Service, che gestisce le attività di supporto tecnico e formativo nei confronti dei Centri di Assistenza tecnica sul territorio, con l’ottica di accrescere le competenze necessarie su prodotti e sistemi per poter operare in qualità di Technical Support Specialist.

  • Supporto tecnico alla rete di assistenza per l'utilizzo e la gestione degli smart tools di diagnostica avanzata e gestione del firmware dei prodotti.
  • Gestione delle attività di diagnostica avanzata sui prodotti ritirati nel nostro laboratorio interno.
  • Sviluppo, produzione e traduzione di materiale dedicato al training tecnico per l'intera rete di assistenza.

Your profile

  • Diploma tecnico/laurea con specializzazione elettronica o “equivalente”
  • Appasionato di tecnologia, in particolare su temi IoT/Embedded e elettronica
  • Abilitá nel problem solving e al pensiero creativo
  • Padronanza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
