Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

We ensure that the high-quality household appliances of all brands in the BSH group are optimally cared for by our customers. Join our Customer Service RO team and you will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success!

  • Execute Adriatic East CS strategy locally and drive operational excellence.
  • Organizing and steering service partner network in country and oversee repair process solutions.
  • Steering spare parts and accessories business.
  • Lead technical training initiatives and provide technical support.
  • Managing B-goods repairs business and solving retailer claims.

Your profile

  • University degree Economics or Technical;  at least 5 year of work experiences in comparable jobs. 
  • Local language essential, English language fluent.
  • Knowledge of economy and of control procedures, process understanding marketing and sales processes knowledge for the service activities.
  • Proven leadership and team-management skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability with a readiness to take responsibility and be accountable.
