Your responsibilities
Central pricing authority and profit guardian in a highly competitive, promotion-heavy industry with complex multi-channel distribution.
- Carry CM1 / contribution margin responsibility for India ,stretching yearly CM1 targets and deliver sustainable +3–8 pp improvement
- Continuously optimize CM1, reduction of unjustified discounts, range & mix steering
- Design and drive the quarterly off-invoice pricing target deployment and execution.
- Develop and enforce pricing guardrails, approval matrices and exception governance
- Lead cross-functional Price Steering Council and act as an escalation point for high-value deals and strategic promotions
Your profile
- 7–10 years in pricing, revenue growth management, trade terms controlling or commercial finance – ideally gained in FMCD
