Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

  • Independent management of sub-projects and work packages (e.g. evaluation and maintenance of the BSH innovation portfolio)
  • Conducting research and market analyses (e.g. consumer trends, competitors, technologies, and strategy)
  • Creation of management presentations (e.g. cross-category innovation, innovation processes, or strategy)
  • Administrative tasks (e.g., Intranet administration, organization and preparation of workshops and meetings at all hierarchical levels)
  • Active participation in company-wide innovation projects

Your profile

  • Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Computer Science, or related fields of study
  • Very good understanding of current marketing and technology-related contexts (e.g., AI, Robotics)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, independent and reliable way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Very good German and English Skills
