Your responsibilities
To align the entire team towards the goal of the organization adhering to the policies and processes.
- Formulate strategies in line with organizational goal & guide the team to execute the strategies for achieving business plan.
- Planning and forecasting the road map for achieving the said target through the right channels and product mix.
- To ensure channel hygiene and monitor proper product mixes are generated to increase the profitability.
- To provide feedback to the category heads on regular basis on the competition market, schemes.
