Your responsibilities
You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as
- Drive the further development and execution of the global leadership strategy aligned with the BSH Strategy and our cultural target picture
- Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership development programs and frameworks hand in hand with the learning team
- Support the systematic rollout of global leadership development programs and learning journeys across functions and regions
- Act as a strategic partner for stakeholders on leadership capability building within GHR (e.g. talent management) and business
- Ensure consistent high-quality standards and change management for global implementation
Your profile
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in leadership development, talent development, organizational development, or HR strategy
- Strong understanding of leadership models, development methodologies (e.g. diagnostic, assessments) as part of HR tools and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style. Project management experiences
