HR Business Partner – Operations

Your responsibilities
The Factory HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting the achievement by partnering with key stakeholders and providing expert HR services to ensure best practice people management principles are consistently adopted across the factory department. 
- Support Operations managers in HR systems, leadership, workforce planning, talent, succession, promotion, and compensation
- Develop and implement HR policies, schemes, and procedures for BSH Egypt aligned with labor law; design agile BC pay schemes
- Analyze HR data and KPI metrics and provide insights and guidance to the business
- Support cross-functional HR projects and HR policy development in manufacturing
- Drive employee engagement and retention for white and blue collar employees
Your profile
- Bachelor of human resources, Business Administration, etc.
- 7-9 years of Experience in HR Factories
- HR processes
- SAP-HR
- Egypt Labor Law
